The main characters are a girl named Darcy and a guy named Hakeem. They both go to Bluford High School and one of the main problems in this book is Hakeem’s stuttering problem and Darcy helping him. I think this is one of the good books in this series. It teaches you about who your friends can be and how guys act towards girls.

ReplyDeleteHey I really like the idea of the visual thesaurus for the students to use on the left. I found myself even a little intrigued and wanting to play around with it. It appears that you are becoming a lot more comfortable with adding gadgets to your blog and becoming a blogger.I still like how you do your book reviews. Do you think that this could be a way for teachers to incorporate this into their classroom? I teach Literature, only for this year, and I was just thinking that this would have been a great way for students to review the books that they have read. Do you know of anyone that does this?
